2025 Farmers Markets
Once the season begins, find us Saturdays from June 7-October 25 at Bay View’s South Shore Farmers Market. We’ll be positioned in our usual spot just inside the park near the intersection of Superior and Trowbridge. The market runs 8:00am-12:00pm.
Grocery Store Presence
Though we closed out Third Ward café space, the business is still growing just in another way. Did you know we have frozen toaster-sized waffles in many local groceries? We’re working to add more stores, so if you have any suggestions for stores in your area please let us know!

Welcome to Press.
Milwaukee's first authentic Belgian Liège waffle company.
Since 2015, Press. has served authentic Belgian Liège waffles at area farmers markets, events, and now in your local grocer’s freezer. Our brioche-based dough is made locally by hand from our own traditional recipe, with roots dating back to the 1700s. As our waffles cook, the Belgian pearl sugar within the dough caramelizes on the outside and leaves sweet pockets on the inside. A dusting of powdered sugar, or one of our delicate house-made toppings makes the perfect pairing.

Our catering services provide you with an easy, creative solution for office parties, birthdays, showers, and other special occasions. We can drop off pre-pressed waffles and toppings or park our vintage camper trailer outside for a full food truck experience. We do many weddings and employee appreciation events each year, so reach out and get on our calendar!

Our current café and restaurant partners enjoy the ease of working with a frozen product, simple reheating, and the quality it adds alongside their other offerings.

Interested in working with us? We’re always looking for part-time talent in the kitchen and to staff events. If you have a passion for food, love working with people and delivering experiences, we’d love to hear from you! Event positions are very part-time and play nicely with other jobs. The ideal kitchen production person is someone open to somewhat repetitive tasks and working well independently.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment where everyone can be themselves and work toward a common goal of creating the best Liège waffles in the world. Though we are still very event driven, we believe our future growth is in wholesale and grocery environments.
